Delivery
We usually provide a delivery service to the UK mainland only. If an order if of a significant scale, we are happy to discuss the logistics of delivery further afield, call us on 01795 810249 to find out more.
If the building that you have ordered is in stock, this can typically take up to 2 weeks. But once you make your order, we will be in contact to discuss timings for your Portable Building delivery.
This does depend on the XPandaBuilding unit being delivered, but our product range arrives flatpacked, so can be carried through narrow access points in its flatpack component parts to be assembled in it’s chosen location.
Assembly
Yes they are, we would always recommend that 2 people work to complete the assemby, some of the larger units may require more people to help move the larger base unit. For most products a screwdriver and socket set are all you need.

Installation
Yes we do, if you would like us to assemble your XPandaBuilding, then it’s best to give us a call, so that we can discuss your specific requirements. But please note we can only provide this service to our local area at the moment (see more below).
We provide an assembly and installation service in the South East of England. More specifically for the following counties:
Essex, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.
If a project is significant in size, then we will try to provide the logistical support when possible.
