Our insulated panel store is also available with an optional serving hatch making it Ideal for use as a catering outlet, information kiosk or a home bar, the addition of a hatch turns your store into a useful semi permanent building with a multitude of potential uses that can used throughout the year.
The hatch features two pneumatic struts and two deadlocks to keep the unit secure when not in use.
As with all the XPanda Buildings, additional units can be added to the original at anytime, allowing your business to grow with you.

Two people should be able to install the 2m x 2.1m XPandaStore Insulated building with relative ease. The 3m x 2.1m can be installed by 2 or 3 people, and the 4m x 2.1m unit should have 3 or 4 people. That being said, if there's extra hands available it’ll make carrying the components to site much easier!
Our flat pack buildings are designed to be placed on simple ‘pad’ foundations. These can be paving slabs at each corner of the unit, and one in the centre of each long side in the case of a 3m or 4m building. Timber sleepers can be used as an alternative to concrete pads where the installation is temporary. We are happy to advise you on your particular project.

Yes, we have a team of professional installers who are able to assemble your flat pack building quickly and efficiently. This service has regional restrictions. Please call us on 01795 701131 to discuss your project.
We normally deliver our buildings on a multidrop lorry with a hiab (crane). If you are unable to accept this method, we can also offer delivery on a small flatbed vehicle, either equipped with a mini crane or without which will be off-loaded manually.
Our insulated garden buildings and sheds are manufactured from galvanised steel so they won't rot, do not require regular maintenance, and do not attract wood boring insects.
They are secure, expandable, relocateable and insulated, keeping your goods safe, and giving you the peace of mind that the building will adapt to whatever your future requirements demand.
